How Do I Become a Member Patient?

Becoming a Member Patient is easy. Simply call 209-846-7916 and sign up today! Since we don’t accept or bill insurance, there’s no need to deal with insurance company frustrations.

SOME THINGS TO KNOW

  • You need to have some type of insurance for tests (labs/imaging), prescriptions, specialist visits, surgery and hospitalization.
  • A PPO and traditional Medicare or Tricare work best.
