ABOUT US

Truly Personalized
Care 24/7

As a Member Patient, you’ll receive unparalleled access to your personal physician, all while helping us care for the underserved.

We’re a non-profit, member based, direct primary care option that provides full-scope family medical care to both our Member Patients and non-member patients.

How It Works

Our Member Patients pay an annual fee that grants them 24/7 access to our small team of board-certified physicians, including office visits, phone and text, and even house calls when necessary. We offer extended appointment times, so you never feel rushed. Your Member Patient fee helps us provide free medical care to the underserved community.

No red tape. No unnecessary tests. No insurance frustrations. Just doctors practicing medicine the way it’s meant to be.

It’s such a blessing for our family to be Benefactors (Member Patients) at St. Luke’s Family Practice. We love that the money we spend to have access to our amazing Dr. Heck not only provides our family with the best care, but also allows St. Luke’s to serve other families without insurance right here in our community.
